What You Should Know About

for Customers

What is ENDS?

ENDS stands for E-commerce National Delivery Solution. It is a system that was developed by the government of Jamaica and members of the private sector to allow vendors and couriers to continue to operate during curfew hours, in an effort to further stimulate economic recovery.

How do I order from ENDS?

ENDS itself is not an online ordering platform. To order through an approved e-commerce platform, like QuickPlate, simply go to the homepage and go through the ordering process just as you normally would. If you've used QuickPlate before, nothing will change about how you use the platform, except that you can now place orders during the lockdown/extended curfew.

Which restaurants can I order from?

This list will change over time but here are the ENDS Approved QuickPlate partner restaurants you can currently order from:

How do I get onboard with the ENDS initiative?

You will first need to sign up with an e-commerce platform, such as QuickPlate (unless you already have your own e-commerce enabled website through which you can process online payments). Once you've done that you may register your business through the ENDS website at ends.gov.jm to ensure that you and your employees can get their COVID-19 'passports'. To register on the ENDS website you will need to have the following information handy: a list of team members who you would like to be working on site during curfew or lockdown hours and their details, to include: Full Name, Contact Number, Taxpayer Registration Number, Email Address, Food Handler's Permit Number, Food Handler's Permit Expiration Date.

QuickPlate has operations in Kingston and Montego Bay and is a great fit for restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies. To find out more visit partnerwithquickplate.com
